Robbie "Rob" James Davidson, age 57, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away on November 11, 2023. Born January 21, 1966 in Viroqua, Wisconsin; the son of James and Sharon (Bennett) Davidson. He attended University of Wisconsin and Rock Valley College. Rob married Jennifer J. Hamachek on November 3, 1990, in Rockford, Illinois.
Rob and Jennifer moved to Tennessee in 1991, where he started his career with Camcar Textron and had their two beautiful daughters there. Moving to Carmel, Indiana in 2006, he stayed in sales and continued his exceptional career with Infasco, always furthering his knowledge in the fastener industry. Rob was passionate about people and enjoyed the camaraderie with his colleagues.
Rob loved the Green Bay Packers, enjoyed fishing, reading and the great outdoors. His love for music and being the ultimate grill master contributed to countless memories with friends and family. Best of all, he loved his family dearly and was a devoted husband, dad, son, uncle and friend. He was a self-proclaimed comedian, adored his dog Bella, and his grand dog Holly. Rob was especially excited after hearing he was going to be a Grandpa this spring.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jennifer; two daughters, Amanda (Brandon) Penning, Murfreesboro, TN, and Cassidy Davidson, Carmel, IN; his parents, James and Sharon Davidson; mother-in-law, Joan Hamachek; two brothers-in-law, Scott (Karmen) Hamachek and Timothy Hamachek; three nieces, Anna Hamachek, Kristi Hamachek, Abby Hamachek; and two nephews, Jacob Hamachek and Luke (Amanda) Hamachek.
Rob was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Leonard Hamachek; grandparents, Irving Davidson Jr., Corrine Davidson; Robert Bennett and Frances Bennett.
Cremation and service arrangements have been entrusted to Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN. Please join us to honor Rob on November 18, 2023. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am with a service starting at 11:00 am. Lunch will follow at Maggiano’s at 3550 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN.
