Angieturrah "Ann" Van Huss,
75 of Indianapolis, passed away May 18, 2015. She was born to Harry and Angieturrah Sturges on July 25, 1939 in Indianapolis. Ann was a cashier at Standard Grocery for over 20 years and later worked for the Paper Art factory.
She is survived by her children, Paul R. (Mary) Van Huss, Debra A. Hurst, and Margaret (Willey) Thompson; grandchildren, Crystal, Rachel, Renee, Rebecca, and Logan; fourteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Joe Sturges, Bob Sturges, Barbara Shultz and Francine Clothier; and half-siblings, Rich Sturges and Helen Sutton.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Elftman; and siblings, Betty Lathrop, Pat Elliott, Virginia Sturges, Billy Sturges, and Perry Sturges.
A memorial service will be held at the Bargersville Senior Citizens Center, 14 W. Old South Street, Bargersville, IN 46106 on June 6th at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis.
