Ann deBailey "Debbie" Nicoll,
69 of Indianapolis passed away July 23, 2012. She was born on May 14, 1943 in Bloomington to Paul and Brooke Nicoll. Debbie received a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Registered Nursing degree from the College of Nursing in Philadelphia, and a Master's Degree from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis. She worked as a nurse in Indianapolis at Wishard Hospital, University Hospital, and the Veterans' Administration Hospital.
Debbie was very active in her community. She was a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Philatelic Society, American Airmail Society, Indianapolis Stamp Club and the Indiana Postal History Society.
She is survived by her brothers, Robert and Lorimer Nicoll, and their families.
