Annette was born in Indianapolis to Max and Rose (Yourman) Klein on June 11, 1927.
Annette is survived by her son and daughter in law, Jerry and Susan; grandsons, Ryan and Sam; and sister, Helen Smith. Annette was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and sister, Sylvia Levinsky.
Graveside services will be on Monday, March 16, at 11:00 AM in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.
