Arthur Watts

Arthur "Graham" Watts, 88, of Zionsville passed away March 25, 2018. Born in Columbus, OH to Dr. Arthur Simeon Watts and Olive G. Watts on June 9, 1929, he went on to graduate from The Ohio State University. Shortly after graduation he served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

During his time at Ohio State, he met and married his first wife, Barbara Thomas Watts who predeceased him in 1982. He is survived by their daughter, Sharon "Shari" Morgan, granddaughters Christine (Gary) VanCauwenberge and Sarah Morgan and great-granddaughter James VanCauwenberge. After Barbara's death he was blessed a second time when he met and married his second wife, Velma Jones Watts (also deceased, 2002). This second marriage created a combined family with Velma's five children; Nancy Jones, Diane (Gary) Onderdonk, Robert Jones, Susan (Don) Catania, and Elizabeth (Keith) Jensen. In addition to all six children, there are 19 grandchildren, and a wealth of great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 526 E. 52nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205 on Sunday, April 15th at 2 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Fayetteville, NY.

Interment will be June 16th at 1 PM in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in DeWitt, New York.
