Barbara Robins Segal
86 years of age, life resident of Indianapolis, passed away June 2, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospice. She was the daughter of Ruth and Fred Robins; born November 22, 1927.
Barbara graduated from Butler University with a teaching degree. She taught for IPS during the 1950's. She was an active member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck and its Sisterhood, Hooverwood Guild, NCJW, Hadassah and of the Indiana Dental Society Auxiliary.
Barbara is survived by her devoted family; son, Dr. Steve Segal; daughters, Karen (Larry) Mitzman, Lori (Joel) Haberman and grandchildren, Michael and Alex Mitzman and Katie, Amy and Suzanne Haberman. Her beloved husband, the late Dr. Oscar B. Segal preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 2:00pm in Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 N. Michigan Road. Burial will follow in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.

The family will be sitting shiva at Karen and Larry Mitzman's residence, 8547 Oakmont Lane, on Thursday, June 5th with a minion at 5:30 PM.
