Beverly was born on June 18, 1923 to Charles and Glen Martin in Fortville, IN. Beverly was co-owner of Newkirk Beauty and Barber Supply with her first husband, Herbert Newkirk.
She is survived by her daughters, Nikki (Michael) McPhearson and Debi Love; grandchildren, Kelly Coradini, Amanda Prince and Tyler Huddleston; 5 great grandchildren and her sister, Janet Humbles. Beverly was preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Newkirk and Ray Stevens.
