Brendan Pearce Cronin

August 23, 1991 — June 19, 2022

Brendan Pearce Cronin was joyfully welcomed into this world one month early on August 23, 1991, in New York City; he left this world much too early at age 30, on June 19, 2022, at home in Indianapolis.

Brendan graduated from St. Richard’s Episcopal School, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, and the University of Denver, with a BA in 2014. After graduating from DU, he worked as a tech recruiter for six years in Denver before moving to New York in August of 2020, realizing a longstanding goal he had to return to the city of his birth. In the last year, he was excited to join the technical recruiting team at SiriusXM in New York.

Living in New York gave Brendan the opportunity to spend more time with his younger brothers, Niall and Aidan, growing closer than ever. He cherished winter family ski trips, summer gatherings at Lake Wawasee, and spring breaks in Jamaica. He especially loved the family Irish Terriers Lydia and Sophie.

In the summers between high school years, Brendan cut his teeth as a salesman selling Cutco products, nurtured his love of reading and storytelling at Big Hat Books in Broad Ripple, and taught tennis for the NJTL of Indianapolis, a sport he played with family and friends at Woodstock.

Brendan’s many friends were important to him, and Brendan was important to them. He loved snowboarding with friends in Colorado, going to Red Rocks concerts, EDM clubs, finding the best new restaurants and films, planning trips to visit friends wherever they lived. He carried them in his big heart always.
