75, of Whiteland, Indiana, passed away Tuesday June 6, 2017 at home with his loving family.

Calvin served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. Calvin enjoyed fishing and scuba diving, watching Nascar, cooking, coin and stamp collecting, reading, teaching and spreading the word of GOD. Calvin loved serving the lord.

Calvin is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mattie Knight; daughter, Sheila Knight (James Sr.) Smith; sons, Reginald (Nidia) Knight and Kenneth Knight; siblings, Robert (Betty) Knight, Joseph (Nell) Knight, Faye Knight, Ray (Vivian) Knight, and Vanessa Knight; grandchildren, Terrell Knight, Jamie Smith (Angel) Todorov, James Smith Jr., Tammy Smith, Ciara Pena, Calvin Knight, Nathaniel Knight, Kelsie Knight, Asia Knight, Cannon Knight, and Tatum Knight; great-grandchild, Angela Todorov; and many nieces and nephews.

Calvin is preceded in death by his father, Robert Knight; mother, Sarah Duke Knight Ward; and daughter-in-law, Tracy Knight.
