Carolyn Sue Sexson

Carolyn Sue Sexson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and avid horse breeder passed away suddenly on August 17, 2022 at the age of 67 .  She was born in Indianapolis to the late James and Mayzell Arterburn.  After graduating from George Washington High School, Carolyn ran an antique shop.  She also bred and raised horses.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, J. Bant Sexson II; children, Angela Daniels, Amanda Sexson and J. Bant Sexson III; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Gwen Singleton and Evelynn Rizzo.

Visitation will be held at Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road, on Thursday, August 25th from 5 PM – 8 PM.
