Cecil Ratliff
92, of Indianapolis, passed away November 3, 2016. He was born in Frenchburg, KY to Roland and Pearlie Fletcher. Cecil served his country in the United States Army during WWII. He later worked for General Motors in Dayton, OH as an inspector for over 30 years.
He is survived by his son, Jim (Carol) Ratliff. Cecil was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Roberson Ratliff.
Visitation will be held at A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services on Saturday, November 12th from 1- 3 PM. A memorial service will follow at 3 PM.
