65 of Indianapolis, passed away April 21, 2014. He was born in Charlotte, NC on November 15, 1948 to Arthur and Dorothy Bailor. Chester graduated from Morton High School in Hammond and Marian College in Indianapolis. He worked for Suburban Health Organization in Indianapolis as a Senior Business Consultant.
Chester is survived by his children, Amanda Bailor and Andrew Bailor; grandson, Isaac Bailor; brothers, John Bailor and Ken Bailor; and sisters, Cindy Grieshaber and Margaret Knorr.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no services.
