Christian William Brocious

Christian William Brocious was born on March 24th, 1999 in Indianapolis, Indiana to William Jon and Alma Gloria (Gonzalez) Brocious. Christian walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 10th, 2019 at the age of 19. He attended St. John's International School in Waterloo Belgium his freshman year of high school and graduated from Zionsville Community High School in 2017. Christian was currently a student in the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI.

His memory will be forever cherished by his surviving family, his parents; sisters, Gabrielle, Isabelle and Amelia Brocious; paternal grandmother, Judith Brocious; paternal uncle and aunt, Brian (Colleen) Brocious; maternal grandparents, Carlos Gonzalez and Soledad Nunnally; maternal aunts and uncles, Maria (Tony) Blacketer, Joe (Kelli) Gonzalez, Isidra (Dave) Leak, Taly (Dan) Marlatt, Carlos Jr (Kim) Gonzalez and many beloved cousins. Christian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clair William Brocious; aunt, Alicia Gonzalez; maternal grandfather, William Nunnally and his cousin, Candice Brown.

Christian was an avid lover of sports and during his young life played competitive basketball and soccer. He also enjoyed playing games on his XBOX (Call of Duty, Battlefield V, Halo 5) with his friends.

He lived in Belgium for 3 years, 2011 through 2014, with his family. During this time, Christian visited Luxembourg, France, England, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Cyprus. He developed his palate for finer and ethnic foods as well as his unique stylings for clothes, shoes and hats during this period.

Christian will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He was the kind of young man that anyone would be proud to call son, grandson, and friend.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 5 - 8 pm at ARN Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 N. Michigan Road, Zionsvillle, IN 46077. In the event the parking lot is full, additional parking is available at Altums Landscape Nursery or Zionsville Presbyterian Church.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 11 am at St. Monica's Catholic Church, 6131 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46228, Father Todd Goodson is presiding.
