David L. Johnson,
of Fishers, Indiana, age 70, passed away February 15, 2013 with his wife, Linda, and daughter, Melinda, by his side. He was born April 10, 1942, in Williamston, Michigan to Harry and Helen Johnson. Dave graduated from Williamston High School in June 1960, and graduated from Michigan State University in 1969.
Dave and Linda semi-retired to Oviedo, Florida in 1995. He retired from the auto industry in 2004 and in 2005 moved to Fishers, Indiana to be near Melinda and granddaughter, Simone. Dave loved anything MSU, especially sports. He also enjoyed staying in contact with his lifelong friends from school.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Linda; daughter, Melinda; granddaughter, Simone; and his mother, Helen. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry; and his brother, Neil.
There will be no service at this time, but a memorial service will be held this summer in his hometown of Williamston. Memorial contributions may be made to Chase Bank in memory of David Johnson.
