Donald was born in Sydney, Australia, on June 4, 1945 to the late William and Ruby Duncan. He was a 1963 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School and a 22 year veteran of the Indianapolis Fire Department.
He was an accomplished champion billiards player. Donald is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughter, Lynn; and two brothers, Bruce and Gary Duncan. He will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.
Services will be private.
