Donald (Don) G. Everett, age 77 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the St. Vincent Heart Center, Carmel, Indiana. He was born June 11, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Dewey Sr. & Pauline (Thomas) Everett.
He is survived by children; Daniel Everett, Angela (Henry) Ross, and Michelle Everett and grandchildren; Joshua Chase, Madison Chase, Danielle Ross, and Jacob Ross. He is survived by siblings; Diana (Larry) Walker, Doris (Dave) Stiles, Donna (Mick) Reddick, and Dale Everett. He is preceded in death by brothers; Dewey Jr. Everett, Dexter (Sharon) Everett and Tommy Everett.
Don was a 1957 graduate of Pike High School. He was the branch manager at Colony Mortgage for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing bridge, crossword puzzles, cooking for family and friends, throwing parties, traveling, an avid animal lover (rescued dogs), and bowling but his family always came first. He was a devoted and attentive father and grandfather; and also, was a great friend to many.
A Celebration of Life party will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Osprey Pointe Pavilion on the banks of Morse Reservoir, 19777 Morse Park Lane, Noblesville. Since flower deliveries are not accepted at this location, please feel free to bring them with you.
Memorial donations in memory of Don can also be made to the American Heart Association. Refreshments will be provided.
