Dr. Don C. Nesler
89, of Indianapolis, passed away December 3, 2017. He was born on November 17, 1928 in Griffin, IN to the late Ronald E. & Louise (Wiegand) Nesler. Don was a 1960 graduate of I.U. Dental School and in 1962 became certified in Periodontal Dentistry. He worked as a Periodontist for over 30 years in the Indianapolis retiring in 1989 and was also a part time faculty member at I.U. School of Dentistry from 1960-1972.
Don was a member of the Indianapolis District Dental Society for 55 years, he was also a member of the I.U. Dental School Alumni Association, the American Dental Association, a life time member of the I.U. Alumni Association, and a member of the Life Journey Church.
Don is survived by his brothers, Ron, Jack, Vince, Victor, and Dick Nesler; sister, Vikki; and his nieces and nephew. Don is preceded in death by his best friend and companion of 40 years, Russell Lind and his sister, Norma Turpen.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Life Journey Church, 2950 E. 55th Place, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
