Eric Wayne Sterrett

Eric Wayne Sterrett,

31, of Cicero, passed away February 15, 2018. He was born in Indianapolis to Harold Sterrett and Terryl Byerley on May 26, 1986. Eric grew up in Westfield, Indiana and most recently worked for the Lions Creek Apartments. He proudly served two tours in Iraq with the United States Army. Eric had a passion for racing jet skis and enjoyed outdoor activities.

He is survived by his mother, Terryl (Matthew) Byerley; sister, Samantha Byerley; brother, Dustin Sterrett; daughter, Aurora Sterrett; and several uncles, aunts, cousins and grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Crisis Line through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline or Wounded Warrior Project.
