Eunice Brenner Patterson
94 years of age, Life resident of Indianapolis, passed away December 29, 2012. She was born in Indianapolis on August 18, 1918 to Charles and Lotte Brenner. Eunice was a graduate of Shortridge High School. She began work in her family's business, Brenner Luggage. Later, after her marriage in 1952 to Dr. Samuel S Patterson, Eunice assisted him in his dental practice. After his death in 1993 she went on to work with her son, Steven in his dental practice. Eunice was an avid Pacers and Colts fan. She loved to travel, play mahjong and she was a dedicated member of the Jewish community; involved with Hooverwood Guild, a life member of Hadassah, NCJW and member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck. Her greatest joy was her family, who will deeply miss her and keep her in their hearts. She is survived by her sons, Dr. Alan (Michele) Patterson of Boca Raton, FL and Dr. Steven (Cindy) Patterson of Zionsville; her brother, Sig Brenner and sister, Millie Perry; grandchildren, Chelsea Rose, Sammy, Pierson and Pavlina. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11am in Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road. Burial will follow in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.
