Frances Berkoff Coraz,
91 of Indianapolis, passed away February 2, 2015. She was born on October 25, 1923 in Chicago to Joseph and Tillie (Jacobson) Berkoff. Frances worked in the unemployment office for the State of Indiana for many years and later worked with her husband at Hoosier China.
She was a member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck and The Red Hat Club. Frances enjoyed reading, travel, and playing Mahjong with her friends.
Frances will be deeply missed by her beloved family: children, Tobi Weinstein and her husband, John Dick, Fred Coraz and his wife, Sylvia Farahan-Coraz, and Gerald Coraz and his wife, Jane; grandchildren, Lisa Weinstein, Bridget Coraz and Caitlin Coraz and great- grandsons, Ethan and Nolan Edwards. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, David.
Funeral services will be held at the Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 N. Michigan Rd., on Wednesday, February 4th at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Congregation Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Indianapolis Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
