Freda Mae Moon

Freda Mae (Brown) Moon, 75, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2012, in her home from cancer, surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Brazil, Indiana, to Elmer and Jennie Brown, who preceded her in death. Freda lived most of her adult life in Clermont, Indiana, where she raised her girls and worked for Thomas & Betts.

Freda is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lionald Moon; her two girls, Jennifer (Greg) Hodnett and Jenneice (Eddie) Miller, her two granddaughters, Heather-Beather Hodnett and Sunnie-Bunny Miller; her two grandsons, Duster-Bust (Laura) Miller and Matty-Matt Hodnett; her great-granddaughter, Ainsley Bumblebee Miller; two sisters; one brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service is being planned. Memorial donations may be made to The Humane Society of Indianapolis.
