Geneva F. Rynard,
76 of Noblesville, passed away February 16, 2015. She was born in Jellico, Tennessee to John and Lydia Lawson on June 27, 1938.
Geneva enjoyed life. She loved cooking, dancing and going to the casino, horse track, and festivals. She also enjoyed family dinners and get-togethers, especially when she could place a friendly bet on a football game. Geneva liked going on road trips and taking her dog Max for rides in the car to the drive-thru for a burger. She will always be remembered as the life of the party.
She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Englert; grandchildren, Thomas and Haley Englert; siblings, Alma Beyl, Evaliee Laxton, George Lawson, and James Lawson; and several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Max. Geneva also leaves behind many extended Rynard family members including brother and sister-in-laws, children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey; and brother, Francis Lawson.
A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society, COPD Foundation, or organizations that benefit victims of domestic or child abuse.
