Glenn D. Dearing,
89 of Indianapolis passed away December 24, 2011. He was born in Bethany, Missouri on September 2, 1922 to William and Mary (Marks) Dearing. Glenn served his country in the US Army and was awarded four bronze stars. He had been a professional photographer in the Indianapolis area since 1955. Glenn was a member of Fairview Presbyterian Church and the American Legion, Kennington Post.
He is survived by his wife, Mary C. (Barnes) Dearing; sons, Glenn D. Dearing, Jr. (Kimberly) of Lawrence and Stanley E. Dearing of Indianapolis; daughter, Linda K. Buter of Mulberry, FL; brother, Virgil Lee Dearing of Tampa, FL; ten grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael D. Dearing; and brother, William "Bill" Dearing.
A visitation will be held at the Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 N. Michigan Rd., on Friday, December 30th from 3-6 PM.
