Gurappa Yekasi

Gurappa Yekasi, 73, sadly passed away on March 8, 2022, surrounded by his dear family and friends.

He was born on November 1, 1948 in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. He was the son of Pedda Gurappa and Nagamma, with four brothers and a Sister. He was married to Saraswathi Yekasi for 50 years.

He moved to the United States in 2017 to stay with his children, who all are settled here. He had a very good time with his grandchildren during his last few years. His courage to face hardships with a smiling face has given more strength to all of us. You will always be remembered for all the selfless deeds that you did for your family. We all very dearly miss you dad!!

Gurappa Yekasi was blessed with a large and loving family. He is survived by his wife, Saraswathi Yekasi; daughter, Sreevani Yekasi; two sons, Venkata Ramana Yekasi & Krishna Sunil Yekasi; and their extended families.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 10.30 a.m. at the ARN Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 N. Michigan Rd., Zionsville IN 46077. Cremation to follow.
