Gurdeo Singh Sondhe,

78, of Carmel, passed away February 15, 2023. He was born in Bikaner, India on July 6, 1944 to Jagjit Singh and Pritan Kaur.  After earning a Master's degree, Gurdeo worked for I.D.E.M. as a Civil Engineer for many years. He was actively involved in the Sikh Satsung of Indianapolis for over forty years. He loved to travel and take photographs of nature and his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Rajinder Kaur Sondhe; sons, Gagandeep Sondhe and Jaideep Sondhe; and four grandchildren, Ronan, Broderick, Simran, and Jaibir.

Services will be held at Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road, on Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 12 - 1:30 PM.
