Hal Stephen Kogan

71, of Westfield, passed away October 24, 2020. Hal was born on March 4, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Ralph and Lillian (Rothstein) Kogan. He proudly served his country by enlisting in the Navy in 1967, serving 2 tours in Vietnam. Hal was a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and Florida International University in Miami.

Hal grew up and in Sheepshead Bay/Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn, New York and later lived in Miami, Pennsylvania, and Chicago with his wife and daughters, before settling in Indiana.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Nila Kogan; daughters, Lea (Darla) Kogan and Nicole Kogan; sister, Gail Kogan; step-mother, Sandi Kogan, and extended family. Hal is proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents.

A Memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 3:30 P.M. with visitation from 2-3:30 P.M at A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 N. Michigan Road Zionsville, IN 46077.
