Heather Marie Coffey, born on June 29, 1978, in, Indiana, passed away peacefully on August 31 2024, after bravely battling health issues for the past twenty years. Throughout her life, Heather was a beacon of light for all who knew her, embodying a love for water and nature that reflected her joyful spirit. She always felt blessed to be here, embracing life with a happiness that inspired others.

Heather was a dedicated partner to Percy Burns, with whom she shared fourteen years of love and support. Her family, consisting of her father Richard Earl Foster, Jr., sisters Lisa Bless and Beth (Mike) Harris, brother Rick Foster III, stepbrother Chris Atchasin, and brother-in-law Brian Bless, held a special place in her heart. She cherished her relationships with her niece Natasha Boles, nephew Josh Bless, and niece Sarah Parker, who was also her best friend. Heather's beloved cats, Aspen, Apollo, and Zak, were also significant companions, adding joy to her everyday life.

Heather's resilience shone through even in the most difficult times, as she was known to be a person who would never give up. Her legacy will continue through the impact she had on her family and friends, who will forever remember her happy soul and unwavering spirit. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Nancy Lou Foster, and sister, Kari Mitchell.
