Ida Katz
Of Indianapolis passed away January 19, 2015. Ida was born in Cherkassy, Ukraine to Motl and Genya Rogov on November 18, 1925. She was married to her beloved husband, Peter, for over 60 years. They immigrated to the United States in 1990. Together they raised two children who survive; Michael (Lilia) Katz and Inna (Steve) Pecar and had three grandchildren, Eugene (Stacey), David, Mark Pecar and a great grandson, Evan. Peter passed away in 2013.
Ida was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had a kind, loving heart and was always ready to help a friend. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and everyone she touched.
Funeral services will be today, Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary. Burial will follow in IHC North Cemetery.
