James Heid

James Heid,  "Jimmy Jo"  "Just Jim"

63, of Brownsburg, Indiana passed away October 30, 2022 after a year and a half battle with cancer. He was born to Ivan and Mary Katherine Heid on November 29,1958. After graduating Brownsburg High School in 1978, Jim worked in various factories in tool and dye and in quality control.

Jim worked more recently at Mears Machine Corporation for several years. Jim had a love and passion for music. He loved playing the harmonica, guitar and piano. He loved the Blues and the Beatles. He also had a love for martial arts and was a black belt in the Okinawa karate style Isshyn-ryu. His family will always remember him for his quiet disposition, his sense of humor, and the fun they enjoyed with him during family gatherings.

He is survived by his siblings, Judi (JR) Cunningham, Denise (Brad) Barrick, and Dennis (Dolores) Heid; and several nieces and nephews.

The family is planning a private celebration of Jim's life.

We all love you and will miss you, Jim. Rest in peace little brother.
