Jewel Dillon

80, of Brownsburg, passed December 17, 2018. She was born on April 19, 1938 in Levee, KY to the late Jesse and Ilda (Vivian) Abner.

Jewel retired from Arvin Industries after 15 years of service. She enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Mark) Beavers, Cathy (Dennis) Mills, and Cheri Donovan; son, Elzar Hargis; sister, Shirley Demoss; 9 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

The family would especially like to acknowledge Jewel's granddaughter, Brandy (Rich) Wilson and her children, Taylor and Cooper, for the compassionate and devoted care they gave Jewel over the last seven years.
