69, of Indianapolis passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2015. He was born on October 28, 1946 to John Modica and Rosemary Zerrien. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Junior is survived by his mother; daughters, Christina (Danny) Van Dyke and Linda (Brett) White; son; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Beech Grove Baptist Church in Trafalgar on January 9th from 10:30 AM - 12 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Beech Grove Baptist Church.
