John R. Rardon,
70, Indianapolis, passed away May 4, 2016 after a yearlong battle with cancer. He was a graduate of North Central High School and Indiana University School of Business. John served in the Army from 1966-1970 and returned to Indianapolis to graduate from college on the GI Bill.
John is survived by his wife of 43 years, Gaye Myers Rardon; children, Clay Rardon of Yucca Valley, CA, Blakely (Michael) Winner of Redondo Beach, CA, and Kelsey (Andrew) Rardon Eberwine of Indianapolis, IN; and grandsons, Miles and Mateo Winner. John worked hard, retired young, and lived a life full of adventure. He loved art and was an avid collector of Hoosier Art and Brown County Pottery.
Services will be held at 4 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Meridian St. UMC, 550 N. Meridian St.
Memorial contributions may be made to any Indiana arts organization or the CAN Lady Project. Funeral arrangements entrusted to A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services.
