Judith Ann Hein
November 28, 1941- February 16, 2012
I wish all of you could have known my Judy, the true example of servant. She always thought of me, or daughters, Lisa and Amy, or her grandchildren before she was concerned about herself.
In her 70 short years, she took care of all of us. As she lay dying of pancreatic cancer, she was concerned that she couldn't care for all of us anymore. Who would do that for us now?
Judy was unassuming, taking with a grain of salt her unequaled skills as mom, wife, grandma, best-of-show cross stitcher, wonderful baker and unquestioning friend.
I know she would be embarrassed that I'm making public even just a small piece of her worth.
Friends, she was real; she was unique; we will always love her.
A special thank you to the caring doctors and nurses at the Cancer Center and Community North Hospital and Hospice.
There will be no formal service for Judith Ann Panella Hein, but all of her friends will have a memorial gathering for her in May.
Arrangements entrusted to A.R.N. Cremation Services.
