Mother and her four year old son mourned by family, friends and community will be remembered on Sunday, February 21, 2016 with a visitation and memorial.
A visitation is planned from 1-4:00 PM with funeral services beginning at 4:00 PM at ARN Funeral and Cremation Services, 11411 North Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077.
Katherine was a graduate of North Central High School and a graduate of Purdue University. Katherine had worked as a veterinary technician for Northern Heights Pet Hospital and Briarwood Animal Clinic.
Katie is survived by her beloved husband, Raymond Peter Giehll III; her mother, Barbara Hamilton, brother, Britt Donald Ripley and his wife, Nikki; father and mother-in-law, Raymond Peter (Debra) Giehll Jr, sisters-in-law, Amanda (Mike) Adams and Veronica (Chris) Carlton and nieces and nephews, Madilynn, Emily, Isabella, Taylor, Brittany, Ryan and Kadie.
Katherine's father, Russell White Hamilton preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society or American Legion Child Welfare Foundation.

Raymond attended pre-school at Traders Point Christian Church.
He is survived by his father, Raymond Peter Giehll III, his paternal grandparents, Raymond Peter (Debra) Giehll Jr.; maternal grandmother, Barbara Melissa Hamilton; aunts: Amanda Adams, Veronica Carlton and Nikki Ripley; Uncles: Mike Adams, Chris Carlton and Britt Donald Ripley, cousins: Brittany, Ryan, Kadie, Madilynn, Emily, Isabella and Taylor.
His maternal grandfather, Russell White Hamilton, preceded him in death. A visitation is planned from 1-4:00 PM with a Sons of the American Legion service at 3:30 PM and funeral services beginning at 4:00 PM at ARN Funeral and Cremation Services, 11411 North Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077.
