Katherine Hurley Landis, 63, of Indianapolis, died October 15, 2014. She was born to the late Joseph and Ursula Weber, in Evanston, IL. Katherine graduated from Saint Agnus Academy in 1969 and received a MS in Nursing. She married the late Rex D. Landis III in 1971. Fondly known as Kay, her passion was nursing, retiring from Community North Indianapolis as a Nurse Manager.
Katherine is survived by two children, Heather Valade of Marblehead, MA and
Rex D. Landis IV of Carmel, IN. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and her
Siblings, Christopher, Gregory, Douglas, Michael, and JoAnn.
A calling and mass will be held at the Little Sisters of the Poor in Indianapolis beginning at 2:30pm on November 8, 2014. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Kay's honor. Arrangements entrusted to A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services.
