Jay was born to Ben and Eunice Weiss on February 23, 1949. He worked in his family's business, Lee's Package Liquor, located at 811 N. Illinois, for many years.
Jay is survived by his three sons, Shane Labuzan, Justin Weiss and Jeremy Weiss; sisters, Myra Riley and Gloria Harris and a large loving extended family. His wife Nancy preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 N. Michigan Road.
