Leslie "Les" A. Quimby
67, of Noblesville, passed away September 15, 2018. Les was born on January 31, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Leslie Quimby and Gladys Milharcic. He was a graduate of George Washington High School and later retired from Diamond Chain Company after 15 years of service.
Les was a devoted family man and enjoyed spending time at Madeira Beach. He enjoyed his oysters steamed and watching the Cubs play ball. Les was an active Umpire of Baseball as well as a Referee of Hockey for over 15 years.
Les is survived by his loving wife, of 46 years, Madeline "Madie" Quimby; sons, Chris (Kelli) Quimby, Scott (Joel Hinojosa) Quimby, and Tim "TJ" (Almitra) Quimby; grandchildren, Siera and Garrett Quimby; and sister, Susan Jones. He is preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Bowen.
A visitation will be held at the Avon American Legion, 4812 East Main Street, Avon, IN 46123 on Sunday, October 7th from 1 - 6 PM.
