Linda Ann Cohen

Linda Ann Richards Cohen, beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away on June 29, 2024, after a prolonged illness.

Linda was born on February 7, 1951, in DeLand, Illinois, to the late Lester and Rozella Richards. She met her loving husband, Charles, while he was a researcher at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. They were married for 45 years.

Linda worked as a registered nurse and went on to earn a computer programming degree, which she employed to perform post-marketing drug surveillance for the FDA. Linda had many hobbies including cooking, sewing, decorating, gardening, and ballroom dancing. She loved people, animals, and music, and was a member of the Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by her husband, Charles E. Cohen, her sister, Kathy (Brendan) McKiernan and her two daughters Brandy and Amber, and her brother Dale’s son, Nathan Richards. Her brother Dale preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home, 11411 N. Michigan Rd., Zionsville, IN at 10:00am, with burial following at Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery, 9938 Eller Road, Fishers, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
