Louise R. Levine, MD
70 years of age, passed away on June 6, 2015 with her family by her side.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Neil Levine MD; children, Michael (Melissa) Levine, Jonathan (Angie) Levine; grandchildren, Danielle, Meredith and Charlotte Levine; and brother, Martin Richman.
Louise was a clinical research physician with Eli Lilly for 31 years, retiring in 2006.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015, 10:30 AM, at Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation, 6501 North Meridian Street. Shiva will be 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday evening at 7590 Morningside Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46240.
Memorial contributions may be made to Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation or to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
