Lyn Ann Schroeter

Lyn Ann Schroeter, 69, of Zionsville, passed away August 1, 2024. She was born in Kokomo, Indiana on May 31, 1955 to the late Rudolf and Betty Schroeter.  Lyn graduated from Purdue nursing school and spent her life helping others as a registered nurse.

She loved the Lord and loved sharing her faith with her family and especially her grandchildren.  She was a talented painter, master gardener and very talented at floral arrangements. She also loved to decorate and help others choose beautifully coordinated items to turn a house into a home.  She loved people and touched many lives with her smile and kindness.

She is survived by her son, Aaron Whitehead; sisters, Lori (Chip)Cravens and Lisa (Bruce)Bryant; and six grandchildren Bryce, Jace, Titan, Ella, Ethan and Faith. Lyn Ann was preceded in death by her parents Rudolf and Betty Schroeter and daughter, Amie Hubbard.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hoosier Village and Aseracare Hospice for their excellent care.

A celebration of life will be held at Hoosier Village Chapel 9935 Wood View Parkway Zionsville, IN 46077 on August 17 at 2pm.
