61 of Indianapolis, passed away April 4, 2015. A lifelong resident, he was born on February 22, 1954 to Marlin and Joyce Duncan. He loved the Indianapolis 500! He went to many races starting in the 1960's, and had lots of fun in the Coke Field.
His 30 year party with his brother, David, came to an end last year when his brother preceded him in death.
Kregg had this message for his friends: Turn out the lights, the party is over!
