Myra Jo Risley Perrin, an artist and volunteer within the arts community, passed away on March 28, 2025. Myra was born on September 11, 1953 in Washington DC. She was a graduate of Reitz High School in Evansville, Indiana, Indiana University and Herron School of Art.
Well known within the local arts community, Myra taught and took classes at the Indianapolis Art Center and the Marc Adams School of Woodworking. She was a tireless community volunteer.
Myra is survived by her beloved sons, Joe (Elisha) Perrin and Andrew Perrin; grandchildren Wade and Theodosia Perrin; beloved partner Jeffry Perrin; brother Mark David (Nadine) Risley; cousin Doug Wade; aunt Pam Risley; nephew Sam; niece Lauren; and many friends from the arts community.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home, 11411 N. Michigan Road, Ziosnville, IN 46077.

Graveside services will be on Saturday, April 9, 2025, at 11:00 am, in Kessler Woods Cemetery, located in Washington Park Cemetery: 2702 Kessler Blvd W Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46228
Memorial reception will be after the burial on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at about 12:00 pm, at the Overlook Clubhouse: 8511 Overlook Pkwy, Indianapolis, IN 46260
