Patricia Upthegrove McFarland
passed away December 16, 2015. She was a resident of Franklin, IN. Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years, Stuart F. McFarland; her parents, DeWitt and Mary Upthegrove; her two brothers, William R. Upthegrove and Clarence DeWitt Upthegrove, Jr.;
and her sons, Jeffrey Bennett and Stephen Bennett.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy VanderMolen (Steve), Okeechobee, Fl., and Mary Lufcy, Franklin, IN; daughter-in-law, Denise Bennett of Okeechobee, FL; four grandsons; two granddaughters; four great-grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.
Patricia was primarily a self-taught artist having paintings in Ft. Pierce and the Palm Beach areas of Florida. She was commissioned to do a painting for the Palm Beach International Airport. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, writing poetry, and above all being in the ministry with family and friends. She was a Jehovah's Witness.
Her memorial services will be held in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Franklin, Indiana on Saturday, December 19th. Visitation will be held at 1 PM prior to services at 2 PM.
