Patricia J (Schmutte) Unger,
88 of Carmel, IN went home with the angels Saturday, November 7, 2015. Pat was born Oct. 19, 1927 in Indianapolis, IN to George & Marie Schmutte.
She is survived by her children, Alan Unger and Christa (Tim) Scott; grandchildren, Chris (Brittany) Scott, Shane (Amanda) Scott, Brittany N. Scott, and Cody (Ashley) Scott; and great grandchildren, Jayden, Ashton, Sophia, Adalyn, and Bentley Scott; also left to cherish her memory is brother, George (Sandy) Schmutte; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is predeceased by her sisters, Dorothy Carr Ford and Mary Wilson.
Pat attended St Joan of Arc and was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School. She worked at Ft. Harrison's Finance Center where she met her true love, Henry. They married May 27, 1961, and he preceded her in death in 2011.
Mass will be at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton, 106th & Haverstick Rd, Carmel, IN at 1pm on Wednesday, Nov. 18th, with visitation one hour prior to service.
