Phyllis Miller Neal,
96 died September 19, 2013 at Manor Care at Summer Trace in Carmel, IN.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Patrick (Linda) Neal; one niece; five great nieces; one great nephew; and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.
Phyllis touched the lives of many with her spirit and enthusiasm for life. She always felt that friends and family were her life's joy. She will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Manor Care at Summer Trace for their loving care and compassion.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in the parlor of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 100 West 86th Street, from 2-3 PM with a service directly following in the Robertson Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Edna Jenkins Mann School of Nursing, Union College, 310 College St, Barbourville, KY 40906.
