Polina is survived by her children, Vladimir (Irina) Grey and Nina (Alexander) Vorsovsky; four grandchildren, Eugene Vorsovsky, Irene (Russell) Slivka, Max Grey and Kostya Grey; and one great grandchild, Noah Slivka.
A memorial service will be held at the Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Rd, on Sunday, April 14th at 11 AM. Friends may call from 10 AM until the time of the service.
