Richard Carr

95, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully, July 13th. He was born September 12, 1921 and attended School 70 and Shortridge High School. Later, Richard earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Law Degree from Indiana University.

After retirement, he lived in Mexico for three years. An avid traveler, Richard and his wife, Claire, visited 125 countries together.

He survived by his wife, Claire; three sons from a previous marriage, John, Brian, and Robert; and three granddaughters.

A religious service will take place at the Chapel of Hoosier Village Retirement on Saturday, August 5th at 1 PM.
