Richard "The Senator" Perk,
86, of Carmel passed away May 28, 2014. A lifelong resident, he was born to Maurice and Bess Perk on March 31, 1928. His family and golfing were his two great loves.
He is survived by his wife, Judith; daughters, Sherri Reider (Jeffrey) and Betsy Perk (Gordon Martin); stepchidren, Mark Jacobs (Pat) and Lisa Deremiah; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 10 AM in the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Evans Scholars.
The family will be gathering Sunday and Monday at 5:30 p.m. at 2816 Circle Ct, Carmel, IN Pine Lake Estates.
