Riley E Wasson

Riley E. "Bill" Wasson slipped the surly bonds of Earth on February 19, 2014, at age 95. He now dances the skies on laughter-silvered wings. Bill was the son of Leslie and Lillian Wasson. He had a magic touch with animals, who always took to his calm demeanor and steady hands.

Bill proudly served in the Army-Air Force during WWII; his later career was as a jet engine mechanic at Detroit Diesel Allison.

Predeceased by wife, Dorothy; daughter, Sue; great-grandson, Ryan; and brothers, Bob and Jack. Survived by daughter, Mary (Ron); son, Guy (Lorraine); 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and his beloved care giving family, Nellie Foster, JP Gilbert, Jim and Teresa Ruark.
