Rosemarie Phillips, 62 of Indianapolis passed away January 23, 2013. A lifelong resident, she was born to Harlin and Ruby Walker on January 13, 1951. Rosemarie worked for Wayne Township with special needs pre-schoolers. She was a member of Ben Davis Christian Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dudley Phillips; children, Shea (Kris Callahan) Everhart, Jason (Rana Wood) Phillips, and Whitney (Kenneth) Flinchum; grandchildren, Brandon, Kirsten, Hayden, Gage, Devlund, Kara, Jessica, Jeremy, and Abygail; mother, Ruby Mae Walker; and brother, Harlin Jr. Walker.
A memorial service will be held at the Ben Davis Christian Church on February 1st at 5:30 PM. Visitation will be from 3:30 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ben Davis Christian Church Children's' Ministry.
